Ltd was established in 1998 by Francis Fornerod and Christophe Saam after their
realisation that there were only few patent attorney firms in Switzerland, or
indeed in Europe, specialising specifically in the problems relating to the
protection of new information technologies. We have always been convinced that
the fast speed of development and the technical complexity inherent in this
field of activity require technological qualifications and specific solutions
on the legal and organisational level that generalised patent attorneys can
hardly meet. The very encouraging development of our activities since our
company was established strengthens our belief that our choice was correct and
that the services we offer answer a real need.
