I think you can apply your patent in other country where the fee is low,and then contact some companys to buy it ,then apply via PCT in USA.

The patent agent or patent attorney will charge you anywhere from $2,000 to $6,000 for such an application for USA only. Their hourly rate varies from $70 to $250 an hour.
