how much does it cost to get patent something not to simply but complex the same level of complexity of a cheap R/C toy.
how much does the patent attornees fees?
how long will it take for my patent to become a patent afterwards?

I think you can apply your patent in other country where the fee is low,and then contact some companys to buy it ,then apply via PCT in USA.

The patent fees in the US are listed here:
