In 1994 Invention Submission Corporation of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, has agreed to pay $1.2 million for consumer redress as part of a settlement of Federal Trade Commission charges it misrepresented the nature, quality, and success rate of the invention promotion services it sold to consumers.

Since then they got bad bad publicity and they changed their name a few times now they call themselves InventHelp.com. Make sure you don't get taken by the new name, the only ones helped there are the ones that run this business they make millions every year from uneducated inventors. They got offices all over and run ads on TV and radio - that cost money folks.
