Needle in a haystack – but I’ll give it a shot! I am looking for an individual, practicing or retired, with the following skill-set, product commercialization or licensing agent, product development, industrial design, patent attorney, etc., that is either planning on or is interested in relocating to the rural northwest. I have a rustic three-level log home on wooded acreage near Sandpoint, Idaho that is available for lease to such a person (creek, windmill, outbuilding, miles of horse back riding trails through beautiful timberland). My family and I reside on the opposite side of this 120 acre forested property. I am an entrepreneur, inventor, and consultant with a home office on the property and several product programs under my belt (both winners and losers). I’ve consulted for several independent inventors; i.e. market research, product commercialization, and licensing development. My objective here is to creatively kill two birds with one stone in locating a tenant with which I can potentially collaborate.

Holy Crap. I've actually been considering Sandpoint. And I may be in a position to move (I'm waiting right now for the contract). More info would be appreciated (i.e. how much is the lease, for what length of time, what are average utilities, how is the net connection - I'd need broadband for my work, etc).

Well....kind of funny....email me directly at inventionranch@yahoo.com with your contact info (phone) and I'll get you the info.

Thanks

William

My aunt in Victoria Canada was searching for tenant ( months!) with the following requirement non-smoker, professional, no cat / dog, no kid .

Yours is at least 1000 times harder unless it's free

Thanks for your reply. I did say - needle in a haystack. Yes, there are some rural places that take a long time to rent. That's not the case here, however. It takes me a week or so to find new tenants. But then this, of course, is not about tenants. It's about collaboration. There are times the stars align. We'll see.
