The Northern Plains Inventors Congress (NPIC) will be held at the Fargo Dome
(Fargo, North Dakota) on January 16, 2007, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. (Admission
is Free) in cooperation with Marketplace for Entrepreneurs, organized by
U.S. Senator Kent Conrad. All inventors, entrepreneurs, businesses and
service providers are invited to attend this annual event that attracts
individuals from across the United States. Inventors should visit
http://www.NDInventors.com for more information.

The NPIC provides inventors and entrepreneurs with the information necessary
to effectively commercialize new ideas. The NPIC also encourages innovation
and economic development in the United States by exchanging ideas between
inventors, entrepreneurs and professionals. The 2006 NPIC had approximately
200 attendees from across the United States. The 2007 NPIC is also expected
to draw more than 200 inventors from across the United States, making it one
of the largest one-day inventor events in the United States!

Keynote Speaker - Todd Huston
Inventor and World Record Adventurer (www.toddhuston.com). Todd Huston is
the inventor of the ULTIMATE PYLON which is a lightweight artificial leg for
amputees that provides shock absorption, energy return and rotation which is
sold through Seattle-Systems. Todd knows how to overcome incredible
challenges. When his legs got caught in the propeller of a boat at age 14,
his life was radically changed. He battled to keep his legs with numerous
surgeries, but bone disease eventually forced him to have one leg amputated.
Todd went on to break the abled-bodied world-record for climbing the highest
point of each state (including the 20,302 foot Mt. McKinley). Through his
speaking, books and media appearances, Todd's story has inspired millions
from around the world. He has appeared in Sports Illustrated, CBS's Year in
Sports, and Robert Schuller's Hour of Power and has received numerous awards
including, U.S. Jaycees' Ten Outstanding Young Americans, Red Cross Everyday
Hero and the Rotary Club Henry Iba Citizen Athlete Award. Todd has an
unforgettable inspirational message to all inventors and entrepreneurs.
