Would-be inventors (like me) have never had it so good. Can you imagine famous inventors from days gone by coming back to life and learning about the miracle of the Internet? So many sources of help! Amazing and wonderful! This forum is a perfect example. One thing though.... The term "resources" nearly always refers to legal assistance. I need other kinds of resources, physical resources. If I do, I'm sure others do. Specifically what I need are websites where I can order services on a small scale. It's not hard to find vendors who'll anodize aluminum in quantities suitable for cladding the Empire State Building. But try to find someone who'll anodize ten 30" pieces 1" x 1". Same for trying to find someone to do a little machining on those same pieces. Those are the kinds of resources that the neophyte inventor needs. Wish someone would put together a list of such sites. It could include services of all types: machining, plating, sewing, conversion of napkin drawings to CAD. On and on. Anyone know of such a list? bbrrt@comcast.net
