When I look at information about inventions, most of the time they recommend me to use NDA
But on Business infomation I see more Confidentiality Agreement, they both sound handy. Can i use Both NDA and CA to secure information, they are both for business? |

The confidentiality clause is part of any NDA.
You should use a Non Disclosure/Non Compete Agreement that is simple and easy to understand, here is a sample: http://www.inventnet.com/nondisclosure.html Since I am not an attorney this is just my opinion and is not to be considered legal advice. -------------------- |
