My invention will be a niche, it will be pure and simple, but happens if the invention gots Improved some how, will it replace or just add another inventor to be paid.

If inventor x has an invention A and the new inventor y comes with an invention B that is an improvement to invention A, where you need to use invention A in order for B to work, then the first inventor x has to be paid.

If inventor y comes with an invention C that does not require invention A to work, then he is the only one to be paid.
