[FONT=Impact][SIZE=7][COLOR=red][B] Hello, I think I went into the wrong topic...I asked for help...I invented something years ago...actually I have invented things and never did anything about them..it killed me when I saw what I came up with way before it came out in front of my eyes suddenly years later..well, I invented something in 1995...and wrote it up on one of those invention deals on tv then...my husband and kids and relatives laughed...and said please no way...so I let it ride and then let it go as so many electronic gadgets came out and I thought naw might as well not bother...then lately I had this feeling that my item can be used....so..I either got this thing in the mail or I saw it on tv and called in and some papers were sent to me to fill out..I got the stuff and didnt do anything and this woman kept calling me and I lost it and so they sent me another and I filled it out and told them what i wanted to invent and I had several things on it..they picked one the one I invented in 1995...I was suprized and they liked it as they say they invent things that solve problems....and that are simple...and mine is simple and solves problems...however, my relatives and husband again feel the same way...it aint going to fly and it will cost too much to do...so..I got a call from this davison company which is called davison inventegration....davison design and development.....and they spoke to me a lot telling me they were going to do the research and check patents etc and whatever...lots of things and then present it to different manufacturers and that I would have to pay t hem 685 up front of which 10 dollars would come out for the disclosure document would be paid..
that would be all I have to pay and then only when it seemed like it needed to be built or developed that I would have to pay more....they then get 10 percent ....I told them why should I have to pay them when they could get a percentage for doing the work....they said they have to get paid ...they dont work for free...we had a three way with my husband and he got excited but he still feels this is a scam...and when the money is gone its gone....
but if I dont get on the stick someone else will get it out it always happens that way....so...I have his contract here with all kinds of stuff on it and all kinds of explanations in it and stuff detailed out...their website is www.davison54.com so if anyone knows anything let me know...I dont want to jump into something and be taken advantage of...Im not working as I m sick and my husbands job is tenuative..so I dont want to get swindled...and when I say that to curtis walbert the director of new products...he gets up set and he says he has been doing buisness for 16 yrs....and they sent me pages of people who invented things and also they say that the invention can be like something else but a slight change or different twist ....whatever...I have checked mine out and I dont see anything like it....so please email me and let me know what you t hink or if you know that they are legit or not.... vickiec51@hotmail.com
